The Administration and Supports Division is under the supervision of the Deputy Secretary, PSO. It comprised of 14 staff working together to achieve the following responsibilities:
- Manage operation activities
- Manage the budgets
- Coordinate the preparation of PSO Annual Report
- Coordinate major review of policy and procedures
- Develop and manage/administer national condition of service
- Coordinate preparation of the Ministry Operational Plan
- Manage discipline Process
- Maintain and update of personal records
